We will ship out your items via USPS within two business days (often the same day or next day!). Domestic transit time usually ranges from 2-7 days after the package has left our hands. International delivery is typically 7-16 days depending on destination. You will receive a USPS tracking number via e-mail!
Yes we do! We partnered with Route to provide shipping insurance against damage, loss or theft of your package. Just select the option at checkout!
After you place an order that includes Route coverage, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a “file claim” link. The link is SO fast and easy to complete! A replacement item will be shipped to you within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. We are happy to give you store credit for the price you paid for your item. Refunds are not given.
