Green Ruffle Sleeve Button Down Shirt

This is the cutest shirt, but the elastic on the top makes the fit a bit funky. So buy at your own risk. I think the elastic can be taken out on the top, but if not it might pull. Also this top is oversized, so size down.

You could also wear a cute tank top under it and not button the top two buttons for a cute look.
